Not long before he is crucified, Jesus has a meal with his disciples. To the disciples’ astonishment, Jesus gets up during the meal and washes their feet. Jesus’ foot washing shows how we can bless others. First, we need to be humble like Christ. Second, we need to let Jesus love us and serve us. Third, we need to serve others with sacrificial love.
