The Egyptian Hebrews endured lives of hardship, but God made Himself known in the ten plagues and the Exodus. And just as the Passover lamb was sacrificed for Israel, so too would God sacrifice His own son for all nations. Are we like the pharaoh, hard-hearted and obstinate in earthly ways, or are we faithful to Jesus and saved by His word?
