In Psalm 110, God makes three promises concerning the Messiah:
First, Jesus will reign over the nations as the king at God’s right hand.
Second, Jesus will serve as God’s High Priest forever.
Third, Jesus will crush his enemies on the day of his wrath.
We find our atonement in the ministry of Jesus as the High Priest and our hope in his victory over his enemies.
