October 8: “Becoming a Healthy Church” (Acts 2:42-47)

Did you know that more than 60% of all Protestant churches in North America have less than 100 people in average weekly attendance? 85% of Protestant churches have less than 200 in weekly attendance. Most churches in North America are small churches. Small churches cannot do everything well. But they can do one or two things really well. What are one or two things we do well as a church? Once we identify them, we can double down on our strengths and build on them. We can be a great small church that makes an impact for God’s kingdom. We are grateful for our new members and hope that they will be used by God to build up Christ’s church.
